While we take every possible step to make sure that all pitch events go ahead as scheduled, in the unlikely event we're not able to confirm the attendance of the minimum number of buyers, or the minimum number of brands pitching is not met, or due to unforeseen circumstances the event can't go ahead, we'll transfer your ticket to the next suitable event. Where no further comparable event, or no suitable event category is scheduled within 6 months of the original event date, we'll issue you with a refund. If we find that you product range is not relevant to a specific event, we reserve the right to transfer your ticket to a more relevant event.

Also, although it's unlikely, sometimes a retailer may not be able to attend an event due to circumstances outwith our control. In this scenario, subject to minimum buyer numbers being met, the event will go ahead as scheduled.

We can't offer a refund if your event is going ahead as planned so make sure you're happy with the details before you book. In some cases, you might have the option to transfer your ticket and we'll try our best to help. There are a couple of options, depending on the time-frame you can request a transfer and read our terms and conditions.
